Bling #3

Good morning! Here is another 'Bling' card!

The stamp is a fairly new one to my collection, and I have stamped it using a Versacolour graduated purple ink pad, and then heat embossed with clear EP. I finished with a few gems and a ribbon from my stash. The gorgeous shimmery purple card blank is made from Anna Marie Designs A4 card.

Less Is More - number 2!

Afternoon all!

Well it's a while since I managed to enter the Less Is More challenge twice in one week but I am loving this 

BLING challenge so I think I may be back again later in the week! :)

I'm a bit disappointed with the photo because the card is really dark red but there you go......the sparkle doesn't really show either.

Memory Box die (love them!!) gems, glitter and computer generated sentiment.

Now I really must get on with my DT cards and orders lol!

Good Morning all!

I have had such a busy weekend, and another busy week coming up too! I'm going to see Bryan Adams on Wednesday at the MEN so I have a few fans staying with me for a few days so may not get too much crafting done...though I really need to as I have my last market before Christmas on Saturday!

Anyway, a Little late but here is my DT card for Ooh La La this week where the challenge is

Perfect and pretty easy for this time of year, don't you think?! 

My image is off Quick Makes For Christmas and so is the solid blue paper......the text paper is a DCW one from Jen's stash! I just matted each onto sliver mirri card, added lots of glitter and finished with my new Star Of Wonder die from Memory Box....they are my new favourite dies company!!

Under the Mistletoe

Good evening everyone!

Yes I know it's late but I just got back from the most fab crafting sesh at Jen's with Kim too! I used loads of Jen's stashy bits and made do with what was in scrap boxes! *DISCLAIMER* No papers were printed in the making of this card, or new ribbons cut, or new images stamped!

This is the gorgeous 'Under The Mistletoe' from Lili of The Valley and is coloured with Promarkers. I have then used various bit of red paper, old ribbons, and a button to pull the card together. I finished with a Craftwork Cards Sentiment ( I think......again, Jen's stash!)

Less Is More - Bling!

Good morning LIMettes!

Well this is my 300th post! Can you believe it?? I have only been blogging since late February and I'm already at 300! Well it seems fitting that it should be the Less Is More challenge as it's my favourite one every week! ;) Thank you to all my fab followers for your support and wonderful comments. You're all amazing!...almost at 100 followers now! :)

Here is my card for this week's Recipe challenge - A Bit Of Bling....yum!

I have used my brand new Snowflake Ornament die from Memory box, some shimmer card from Anna Marie designs that I printed blue, gems and a freebie sentiment, stamped with SU Pacific Point Stampin' Write pen.

Right it's time for work now, and then a fun crafting afternoon with Jen and our new crafting friend Kim! Can't wait! :)

Well another fortnight has flown by which must mean it's time for another challenge at Crafting For All Seasons! And this week's theme is

THANKSGIVING/THANK YOU/SKETCH

The sketch option is for those of us who don't celebrate Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I forgot to use it lol! But I did make a thank you card :)

The fab image is Bugaboo, coloured with Promarkers, as is the sentiment. I added lace, ribbon straps, and pearls to make the bodice a little more realistic. The papers are from

Pink & Black Birthday Wishes

Good morning everyone!

Well yesterday I went on my motorway driving lesson, and boy am I glad I did! It's a touch scary! However, I did it and now I just need to keep at it and practice! There'll be no stopping now!

I have spent this morning making a card for a commission that I have to deliver tomorrow. It is for a lady who was running the stall next to mine on Sunday, for her 50th birthday, from her Husband.

The brief I was given was pink and black and flowery......I think I covered all 3 lol! The paper is from a freebie Kate Knight paper stack. The sentiment was computer printed and the flowers are Prima. I added beads & some free glittery stuff to make the '50' and finished with some black raindrops! The card is 8x8in and although I usually struggle to fill an 8x8 card, this one came together very quickly, thanks to the fab sketch!

Christmas Wishes for Special Friends

Good evening everyone......And especially my newest follower Debbie :)

And good news......I am back online!! :D So let the blogging commence! 

Here is a card I didn't think I was going to get to blog so I am chuffed I can! I made this tonight for my very special friends in Holland......I am really hoping they don't come on here before I get chance to give it them!

I was playing with colouring the other week and I fancied trying something just a wee bit different so here it is!  The image is from Lili of The Valley and is coloured with Promarkers. I chose to do it black and white with a dramatic hint of red for a change. I really love how it came out too!

I have added Polar White Flowersoft, glittery white flock, punched holly leaves and red gems, onto two different embossed papers.

My first Stampin' Up Card!

Good morning all!

I hope you are well? I am using Kim’s internet to post this card today as mine is down for a while.

This card is my entry into this week’s Less Is More Themechallenge, and the theme is Silhouettes. How gutted was I to read that on my phone yesterday morning knowing I wouldn’t be able to enter it until much later?! Anyway, here is the card……

This is my first card using Stampin’ Up stamps and ink. It is from the Forever Young set and is stamped in Memento Cocoa, but I then coloured over the leaves in Old Olive SU marker. The sentiment is Papermania.

And here are a couple of calendars I made Friday night whilst crafting with Kim……I must have been reading Chrissie and Mandi’s minds lol!

The first is SU and Inkadinkado stamps and the second is a fab Stampendous set called Kitty Silhouettes!

Right, off to the Barlow Institute for a Christmas market......wish me luck!

I hope to get online again at some point this week......

I'm here with my DT card for this fortnight's Ooh La La challenge which is

I found the template for this card here, plus a stunning card made with the template!

Anyway, back to my card! The image and patterned paper is from Ooh La La's most recent CD-ROM - Festive Funnies. The artwork is by the very talented Doug Laird and the CD-ROM is totally full of fun Christmas images, as well as some cute ones! 

I glittered the snow, made some background snowflake paper using Wild Rose Studio stamps and white ink. I finished with a couple of Marianne trees, Card Candi and some ribbon from my stash. I have used the middle row of the grid to create my card......Ribbon, Diecut, Sparkle.

Good evening! 

Welcome to my newest follower, Claire! :)

Well what a very productive day I have had today with Jen! I have managed to make 5 of my commissioned  Christmas cards, all male I might add! I have also made 2 challenge cards and almost finished a commission birthday card too! 8 cards in total!! :D

So here is one of the challenge cards......

This decoupage image is a freebie from a mag with Flowersoft, the papers are Pink Petticoat, and the red embossed paper is Anna Marie Designs, embossed with a Sizzix folder. Oh and the sentiment is one of Jen's new LoTV Christmas ones. I finished with some Club Green ribbon and some Martha Stewart snowflakes (Jen's again!)

Now I have a VERY tidy craft room so it is now a lot more fun getting in here! :) I can find things! And I foung this set of Kaisercraft rub-ons called Hippie Girl so I thought these would be perfect! Here is my card for the challenge......

I left in sentimentless because I couldn't decide what to put!

Flowers for Grandma

This is a card that Keiran helped me make for my Mum's (his Grandma's) 65th Birthday.

The kitty is a Lili Of The Valley stamp, coloured with Promarkers, of course! The papers are various digi ones, including Pink Petticoat 'For Her', and the ribbon is from my stash. We finished with some glitter on the purple flowers.

Keiran presented his Grandma with this card with great pleasure, and she loved it! :)

Good evening!

I haven't done much crafting over the last few days as I decided to give my craft room a big tidy and organise......it took 2 days!!

So I need some serious craft time, especially as I have a last minute market to do on 20th November! I have had an awesome day today with a new crafting friend, Kim, crafting for about 10hrs! I managed to get 2 of my commission cards made so that's only about 18 to go lol! Here is one of them......

This one was made using one of the decoupage and Flowersoft freebies from a magazine......can't remember which one though. I stamped the background with Wild Rose Studio snowflakes and used some ribbons from my stash.

Well it's very chilly here in Bolton today......it was ver frosty this morning!

Anyway, I finally sold my first card on Folksy so I thought I would make a little 'Thank You' card to put in the package. I decided on a bookmark style instead of a folded card.
