Butterfly Sympathy

Hello!
Hope you are well?
This is a card I made last night, whist trying to use up some bits on my desk...
Sympathy cards are never nice to have to make, and even worse to give, but I have to have them in stock. I like to keep them very simple and understated...I think this is definitely that!
I used a Marianne Embossing Folder, and I think the butterfly is too. The sentiment is Papermania stamped in Stampin' Up! Perfect Plum.

Challenges

Well...I am now going to chill in front of the TV and make some Alice bands for my stalls this week!
Night!

100th Birthday!

Good evening!
I would like to share this card I made this morning but didn't have time to blog it until now. I was asked to make this for my friend's adoptive Nan's 100th Birthday.

The papers are from Sweet Owl paper stack, the numbers are just printed from my pc and cut out by hand, then covered with Glossy Accents and sprinkled with glitter. The frame is Marianne and the butterfly is Joy. It is a very simple but very stylish card, I think and I hope the recipient loves it! :)
Challenges......
Thanks for looking everyone! :)

Seeing Double!

Good afternoon LIMettes!
Yes......afternoon! I know I am usually much quicker with my entry, but this week Jen and I went to the GNPE at Harrogate, and had to leave just after 8am to get there in time for opening to get our free Flexmarker! I was hoping to quickly get my entry in but Jen turned up sooner than I thought LOL! However, it did give me time to think about what I would do for this Seeing Double challenge!
I decided to use a new Marrianne die cut, and a new technique for today's card! Both of which I got from the show today!

Oh and I used my new Stormy Sky Distress Ink and my new LoTV sentiment, all from the show too! I spent a fortune, as always, but it was guilt free as it was all money I have made from selling my cards! So.......a self funding hobby! :D
I hope you like it! I suspect I will have alot more new things up my sleeve in the future! :D

Good Morning!
And it's Saturday morning which can mean only one thing......the Less Is More challenge! And this week it's
which means to combine 3 of their last challenges.
So here is a little card I've made quickly before I go to work and visit my friend Jackie in Rochdale later......

I have chosen White on White, Butterflies and Embossing. The sentiment didn't stamp properly but I have to go so I'll fix it later!
Right, off to work now! See you all later! :)

Bunches Of Birthday Wishes!

Hello again!
Well I really seem to be on a bit of a roll the latter end of this week! I decided to check out some new blogs for challenges and it seems to have re-invented my mojo, for a while anyway!
So here is a little creation I made This afternoon and just finished now.

The image is (again) Pollycraft......another that was already coloured (with Promarkers) in my stash! The papers are Dovecraft Back 2 Basics, the ribbon from the stash, and the flowers were made from scraps of paper using Marianne Designables and some seed beads.
Inspirations......
Pheww......lots of challenges for this one!
Have a fab evening/weekend and ta for peeking! :)

Ooh La La Challenge #86

Good morning all!
Well this week, thankfully, I am on time with my DT card for our Ooh La La challenge, which is
CHRISTMAS!

The image is one of the 'plates' from the Quick Makes For Christmas cd. I sprayed the background panel with Spraymount and then sprinkled it with glitter. The dies are all Marianne Designables which I have finished with glitter. It is extremely glittery in real life!
Hope you like it! :)

2nd Monogram attempt

Hey all you wonderful LIMettes!
Well this morning I have made another Monogram card for this week's Less Is More challenge.

I have used my Marianne Designables folder and created the text in Word, then glittered it.

Hope you like it! :)
