Wow...5 cards in 2 days! LOL! This is one of the many I made at Jen's today...we had a very productive day...she was a real inspiration to me today! Thanks hun! :)

The sentiment stamp is one of Jen's - an Inkylicious one and I stamped it with Flitter Glu and glitter. The poinsettia is Marianne and the ribbon was Jens's too!

Sparkle and (lots of) Bling for Christmas!

Good afternoon!
It's gorgeous here today! Even got my washing out!
We had a lovely day in Lytham yesterday with my friend Elaine, walking our holiday doggy and enjoying the fine weather, and we even came back through Blackpool Illuminations, listening to the Train gig on Radio 2...a very pleasant day! Today, we are going to visit Jackie in Rochdale...wow it has been such a hectic week off lol!

Anyway, the reason you're here...a card I made using my new Woodware stamp set I got off Mandi during her clearout...I think she still has some stuff for sale...bargain prices too!

I have simply filled the stamped holes with gems, glitter, peel-offs and raindrops. The ribbon is from my stash.

Challenges

Ok...best get ready for a dog walk! :)
Bye for now...

A Golden Anniversary card

Hey crafters!
How was your Wednesday? I had a lovely day...gym, Keiran's Harvest Festival, chilling with Keiran and crafting...perfect! :)
And here is one of the cards I have made...

Another Anniversary card for my box...not specifically for a 50th Anniversary, but it would work well for it don't you think?
A couple of unnamed embossing folders, some gold shimmer paper from Anna Marie Designs, a Papermania sentiment, and Club Green hearts. Oh and some organza ribbon from my local haberdashery.

Challenges

I have also got a couple of Christmas cards to blog, but waiting for the right challenges...

Off to watch Hotel GB now...it's quite funny actually! And I do love Gordon, Gok, Mary and Dr Chris!

Thinking Of You

Hello, again!
I've had a really productive evening today! Here is yet another card I made, with more butterflies.

The DP is Wild Rose Studio Butterfly Garden, the sentiment is WRS Everyday Greetings and I finished by stamping and cutting out one of the WRS butterflies from the Wedding Butterflies stamp set. All of this stuff was free from my magazine subscription would you believe?! I matted the papers onto the gorgeous shimmery pink card from Anna Marie Designs.

Challenges

Ok, I am giving up for now! Promise!
Hope the rest of your evening is a good one :)

I have been having a play with a new SU! stamp I got from the retiring ones, and this one is Something For Christmas, stamped and embossed with WOW Amber Rose EP. The card is shimmer card from Anna Marie Designs. I love their card!
I have made four for now, and I plan to give them to my work colleagues this year. I may make some more to sell...I'll see!

More packs of Christmas cards!

Hey there!
I hope this miserable weather isn't dampening the spirits too much. I don't think it has stopped raining for 2 days here lol!

On the upside, rainy weather means more crafting time! :) Last night I got to making some more packs of Christmas cards...2 packs the same actually...

I have made these using the fab sketch over at Retro Sketches this week, which I think is a the perfect sketch for batch cards. The stamp was in the 99p bin at Hobbycraft and I have stamped with Emboss ink and embossed with Amber Rose and Seafoam White WOW embossing powders. I mixed a little glitter into the white one before embossing for a little Christmas sparkle. The red ribbon is Club Green and the white is just from my stash. All the card is from Anna Marie Designs.

I've made 12 of these cards, 6 of each so I plan to make 2 mixed packs of 6 to sell at my craft fairs this year.

Other Challenges

Time for lunch, and then lots more crafting! I love Keiran being at school!! LOL!

Purple Thanks!

Helloooo!
I have some totally AWESOME news! Remember the card I made last night? Well, I had an email from Helen at Papercraft Inspirations asking if they can showcase it in the next issue! How cool is that?! I'm very flattered and of course chuffed to bits! :) Click here to have a peek in case you missed it yesterday.

Anyway, Here is a Thank You card I've just made to thank Keiran's Nanna and Granddad for looking after him so much over the last 3 years while I've been working in the evenings. It looks like evening shifts could be a thing of the past for me as things are changing at work! :D

I have finally got round to using some of my new Rich Razzleberry SU card which I made the card blank from. The shimmery lilac paper is from Anna Marie Designs and I used an Andrea Jayne Evans embossing folder. The butterflies are Martha Stewart and the sentiment is the only Hero Arts stamp I own, and the very first stamp I bought for using on the Thank You cards when Keiran was Christened! And would you believe that the sentiment panel isn't actuall the same card as the card blank?? It's some random I had in my purple scrap folder!
Anyway, I really have waffled......sorry! Hope you like the card and I'm off to get my thinking cap on now as tomorrow is One Layer week at Less Is More......See you in the morning! :D

Golfing on thin Ice!

 Happy Monday Morning everyone!
I'm here with my DT card for this fortnight's Ooh La La challenge which is
BINGO!
And here is my card......

I found the template for this card here, plus a stunning card made with the template!
Anyway, back to my card! The image and patterned paper is from Ooh La La's most recent CD-ROM - Festive Funnies. The artwork is by the very talented Doug Laird and the CD-ROM is totally full of fun Christmas images, as well as some cute ones!
I glittered the snow, made some background snowflake paper using Wild Rose Studio stamps and white ink. I finished with a couple of Marianne trees, Card Candi and some ribbon from my stash. I have used the middle row of the grid to create my card......Ribbon, Diecut, Sparkle.

So here is one of the challenge cards......

This decoupage image is a freebie from a mag with Flowersoft, the papers are Pink Petticoat, and the red embossed paper is Anna Marie Designs, embossed with a Sizzix folder. Oh and the sentiment is one of Jen's new LoTV Christmas ones. I finished with some Club Green ribbon and some Martha Stewart snowflakes (Jen's again!)

Sepia Skiing

Hey again!
Here is another card I made yesterday in my crafting session with Jen......

This little guy is LoTV, coloured with Promarkers. Now I decided I wanted to have a go at colouring with a sepia finish so Jen and I both had a go on different images. Jen wasn't happy with hers (I thought it looked great) but I am very happy with mine, for a first attempt! You would think the fact you're limited to colours would make it easier...... it really isn't! But I am actually pleased with it!
The papers are shimmer paper from Anna Marie Designs, but I did colour the lighter one with a Promarker as it didn't quite match the rest of the card.
Challenges......
Thanks for looking! :)

Born to Shop!

This card is just another for my stall, using up another image I have had coloured in for a while!

The image is the Born to Shop freebie from DoCrafts mag ages ago, coloured with Promarkers,  and finished with Card Candi. The spotty paper is from Craftwork Cards and the plain is from Anna Marie designs. The sentiment is pc printed with Little Pot font. The sketch is from this week's Sketch Saturday Challenge.
TTFN!
