I have used a The Paper Shelter image for my card
This image is Cute Dressmaker and when you buy this digi, you also get a coloured version and some background stuff, which I have used here. I added some wording to the image using text boxes in Word. I then just added some Ric-Rac, a button flower and some metal corners for the texture in my card.
