Origami Treat Pouch using Stampin' Up! Designer Series paper, with video tutorial!

Hello everyone!
I have had the most awesome day at Stampin' Up! training yesterday, and a wonderful weekend catching up with so many other demos...Paula, Caroline, Michelle, just to name a few, and also meeting so many new friends!

Part of the fun of these events is the 'swaps'...we each design a project, make lots of them, then we swap with each other, which not only gives us lots of different samples for ideas, but also gives us the opportunity to meet and chat to each other.

So today I am going to show you my swaps, and also a little treat...
I have a video tutorial on how to make them!

So here is a picture of one first...

These adorable little boxes look a lot like Fortune Cookies don't you think? They would be just perfect for a very special chocolate, wedding favours, some jewellery, or just to give a special message to someone!

Here are the all the ones I made to swap...

Aren't they colourful? These are each made with just one piece of 6x6in Designer Series Paper, with just folding...no cutting and no glueing!

A couple of close-ups...

I used the Label Love bundle to make the little tags and tied each together using various ribbons and Baker's Twine. Inside are some little sweet treats ;)

Ok so, as promised, here is the tutorial...

(if you can't view it, try viewing it on my Youtube Channel here)

I really love these little pouches, but they work really well as a larger version too, made from 12 x 12in DSP...you can see mine in the video...they end up much larger than you'd think and would be great party favours at kids' parties!

I hope you enjoy my tutorial and even more, enjoy creating your own little 'fortune cookies'!
