Bugaboo - Show us Your Humour!

And here is another DT card for today! 

As you know, I am a DT member at Crafting For All Seasons. Well every month one of also guest designs for Catch The Bug too, and this month I am one of those guest designers, so here is my card...

This fab image is Bugaboo Download Life and is coloured with Promarkers. Fab image isn't it?!

The papers are Sweet Sprinkles and I think that's it! No embellies, no glitter...hard for me eh!

Less is More - Script

Good morning LIMettes!

Another week gone and another Less Is More challenge! I actually quite enjoyed last week's challenge, even though 'neutral' isn't my 'big' thing!

So this week the challenge is

One Layer - Script

Arggghhhhhhh!!

I actually have no script stamps or digis that I can think of!

So here is what I came up with...

Ok now I know you can't see but the pink panel is actually a Pink Petticoat text paper, squashed down because I could figure out how to crop it as I couldn't add it to any of my editing programs! The stamp is the bird from the free Sweet Treats set I used on one of last week's LIM cards and the sentiment is one of my free Wild Rose Studios ones. Love them! Both stamped with SU markers (Concord Crush & Wisteria Wonder)

So that's it! :)


Another quick thing before I go...as the wonderful LIMettes know, Lynne was awarded winner of the February prize at Less Is More. Well herself and her family are trying to raise money for a fantastic foundation called the Candlelighters as they are helping her family through a very difficult time while her 3 year old Granddaughter receives Chemotherapy for a tumor (read more on Lynnes blog). This stunning image is Wedding Day from Saturated Canary, lightly coloured with Promarkers. Everything else is from my stash! There are 2 things I regret about this card...the pink underskirt and the cropped train. Other than that, I love it! :)

Commission Birthday #2

Hello again!

As promised, here is the 2nd of the 'rushed' birthday cards I made yesterday.

The papers are, again, First Edition Sweet Owl, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, Prima flower, and pearls, ribbon and gems from my stash. The edges were distress using Tattered Rose DI again.

Excercise is a dirty word!

Well I really seem to be on somewhat of a roll today!

Here is a card I have made for my friend's birthday...I think it's the first time I've been on time in 37 years lol!

This is a Bugaboo image Ruby - Chocolate Dirty Word and I love it! And isn't it so true?!! ;)

I've used Promarkers & Funky Hand Papers (free from a mag ages ago!)

I reckon she'll quite like it! :)

Commission Birthday #1

Good afternoon!

I had a phone call on Friday afternoon from one of my favourite and most regular customers to ask for a couple of 'rushed' birthday cards for hi Niece and Granddaughter. Here is one of them...

I have used First Edition - Sweet Owl paper pack, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, Prima flowers and lace, organza ribbon and pearls from my stash. Oh and I distressed the edges with Tattered Rose TH Distress Inks. The circles were cut using Nestabilities.
