Well I think I found my mojo under a piece of scrap Pink Petticoat paper this morning! Thank goodness! I have made 3 cards so far today, but I'm just going to post this one for now, and do the others later when I've been to Weight Watchers.
I decided, after the lovely, constructive comments I got about my first wedding card, (from the Less is More Pastels Challenge) that I would try it again. I have used a different image but from the same Cute Squares set from LOTV.
I think this is more suited to the image...what do you think? Thanks for all the comments before, and I hope you will do me the honour again! :)
Thanks for looking...I'll be back later!

The big tidy-up!
Well I'm afraid for some reason tonight, that my mojo seems to have gone missing! I spent hours staring at card and paper and stamps and ribbon but still I couldn't come up with anything! So instead of just staring at everything, I decided to tidy up! I now have a tidy(ish) craft room and I am ready to get in there and get going good and proper tomorrow! Hopefully, I found my mojo underneath all that mess!!
I hope to back on top form tomorrow with some fab creations!

Garden of Wishes
Hello everyone!
I trust everyone is having a pleasant Tuesday in the blogging world? I was working this morning, itching to get back home to my crafting, but then when I did get home, I sat on the laptop looking for a challenge to enter, got watching some Sky+ed TV and before I knew it, it was 4pm! So I have knocked together this card to enter into a couple of challenges... One Stop Craft Colour Challenge and Sketch Saturday Challenge #145. The colours to use were 'black, white and another colour'. I've chosen pink as I had this fairy already coloured in, and she worked well with the sketch.
The lovely fairy is 'Garden of Wishes' from LOTV. I coloured her in with Promarkers, although I'm sorry, I can't remember which just now...I think it was the same as the other fairy on my blog. The paper is Pink Petticoat 'Sweet Flourishes' in black and I embossed the black circle with a flourishes type embossing folder. The ribbon is from my stash and the corner gems are from Poundland. The sentiment is from a Papermania set.
I hope you like this card...I'm a bit unsure about it as it really is very dramatic for me!

Wedding Day
Happy Monday everyone!
Well it is really turning in to a lovely day here in (literally) sunny Bolton! Unfortunately (or not...) I'm having to wait in for the postman as I am waiting for some ink for my printer to be delivered, and I suspect it will be too big for my letter box. So I am using the time very wisely...cardmaking! :D
Keiran is currently watching Little Einsteins and reading Ben 10 books so I have a little time to get on with crafting.
And I've already done the ironing this morning as I was up early because my wonderful Italian neighbour popped by with some of her homemade Tiramisu! Mmmmm....PROPER Tiramisu...it just doesn't get any better! ;)
Anyway, back to the point of my blog...
Here is my creation for today, which I would like to enter as my final submission to the Less is More Pastels Challenge and my first for the Totally Gorjuss Sketch (Challenge 70)
The reason I have entered this into Less is More's challenge is because all my entries on this blog are the simplest cards I've ever made and I wanted to prove to myself that something a little bit more 'fussy' can also be CAS. I hope you agree!
The main image is a LOTV cute square from their wedding pack, the papers are Love Letters and the pearls are from a nail art kit from Poundland, though they were white so I coloured them using my Cocktail Pink Promarker. The sentiment is printed in Scriptina font.
I hope you like it...I am now going to try and so some male cards for some orders I have....afraid I'm just not very good at them!
See you all later, if I manage to get my new creations on here :)

Get Well Soon...the Power of a Flower!
Hello all! I'm back after a relaxing time with my Mum and Dad, and visiting my best buddy Sarah and her new baby Rhona! On the way back from Huddersfield, I had an idea for a 'flower' card, using a flower created from 'bits' of ribbon. I am entering it into a couple of challenges that I think it suits... Less Is More (Pastels), The Crafty Pad (Ribbons) and Simply Create (Power of flowers). So here is this very simple, but effective card...
I used just some spare ribbon I had lying around (I actually think it's the bit of ribbon you get in the shoulders of clothes! A 'Kimble'?) and a pink pearl from Dunelm Mill. The sentiment is one from a Papermania greetings pack. I hope you like my card...I may try and get another one done tonight, if my little man goes to bed reasonably early!

Mmm...Cupcakes!
Pastel colours...that's the challenge over at 'Less is More' this week. So I sat looking through my stamps, papers, flowers and finally came up with this cute cupcake card! The stamp was free with the DoCrafts mag last month. I ditched the promarkers for a change and reverted back to my trusty watercolour pencils (which I got from the pound shop!) I very simply coloured the image as I felt this particular design didn't need to be over fussy.
This is probably the simplest and quickest card I have ever made, but I like it! I hope you do too :)
Have a great weekend crafting, blogging or whatever you're doing. I'm off to spend it with my my gorgeous Son and my Mum and Dad in Huddersfield!
